Contact Us About a Leather Repair
Two photos and a line about what went wrong are all we need. Most of the time a price and a date come back to you that same day, with no one needing to see the piece in person first.
Three ways to get in touch
Whichever route you choose, our first question will be for a picture, so sending one up front skips a step.
Snap two shots on your phone and send them to our main number. Texted pictures usually get a leather repair price back within a few hours, since we are looking at the actual damage rather than guessing from a description.
Text (347) 310-7483A call helps when the damage is hard to put into words, when several items are involved, or when you have a deadline to hit, such as a move-out, an inspection or an event.
Call (347) 310-7483Best for multiple pieces, a whole building, or work that comes with paperwork. The button opens a draft with the four questions we ask already filled in.
Email usYou will not find a form here, and that is deliberate. Web forms tend to drop attachments, and the photo is exactly what lets us price a leather repair without seeing the piece in person. One text with two pictures does more than a long email thread.
Our hours are listed further down. Messages sent outside those hours get a reply the following business morning.
What we need to give you a price
Almost every job we take in Connecticut, from Stamford to Glastonbury, gets priced from pictures alone. Looking costs you nothing, and no appointment is needed beforehand.
Let us know what the item is, how it got damaged, about when that happened, and which town you are in. With those four answers and two photos, we can give you a figure and a date.
How long ago it happened matters more than how big the mark is. A spill a week old and the same spill six months on are two different jobs, and the price shifts as time passes.

The full piece
Stand back far enough to fit the whole sofa or chair in frame, so we can judge its color and sheen.
A close-up of the damage
Get near enough for the edge to be in focus. That edge shows us whether the problem sits on the surface or goes deeper.
Natural light, flash off
A flash flattens the grain and hides how deep the damage goes, and depth is the main thing we need to see.
Mention any products used
If you have already tried a cleaner or a repair kit, let us know. It affects the materials we plan for, not whether we take the job.
What most messages are about
If your damage falls into one of these, its page explains the work involved before you get in touch.
For the full list of what we do, see the services page.

The next steps
We review the pictures and reply with three answers: what the job really involves, what it will cost, and the earliest date we have open.
Sometimes photos cannot settle the question, which is common with deep cracks and with hide that may have broken down. When that happens we tell you and ask for more pictures instead of guessing at a figure.
We will also tell you if a job is one we should turn down. Leather that has lost its structure, or a bonded cover peeling off in sheets, will not hold color no matter how much is applied, and we would rather miss the booking than deliver a fix that gives out within a year.
Booking costs nothing up front. Payment is due when the job is done and you have had a look at the finished work.
Unsure which service fits your problem? The help center breaks it down, or jump to scratch, scuff or crack repair.
Our hours
9am to 6pm. A real person picks up calls and reads texts. Photo quotes normally go out the same day.
10am to 4pm. Handy if weekdays are hard for you to call.
We take messages only, and reply to them first thing Monday.
A move-out, an inspection, or an event on a fixed date: mention it in your first message and we will give you a straight answer on whether we can meet it.

Our customers include homeowners, offices, restaurants, hotels and residential buildings. When several pieces or a managed property are involved, email is the better way to start, because the list and the photos stay in one thread.
If the furniture belongs to a landlord, a tenant or a building, tell us who owns it and who should receive the estimate. Having that in the first message keeps the quote and the follow-up going to the right person.
Not every message needs to be a booking. If you only want to know whether a leather repair is possible at all, send the photos and ask; the answer is free either way.
Before and after
Each of these three was quoted from photos before any work began.
Owners, landlords and property managers
About half the messages we get are about a sofa someone owns. The other half concern furniture tied to a lease, a home sale or a managed building.

When the piece belongs to someone else, such as a tenant, a landlord, a staged home or a lobby, mention it in your message. The repair stays the same, but the records change: we provide before and after photos plus a written description of the work, which is what people attach to a security deposit dispute or an insurance claim.
Got more than two or three items? Send one list with all the photos and we will quote the group as a whole. Pricing pieces together works out cheaper per item than pricing each one on its own.
Across Connecticut
One phone number covers the whole state, from the Gold Coast to the Quiet Corner. Send photos from any town and we will tell you what the work involves.
Before you get in touch
Is the quote actually free?
Yes. We quote from photos, there is no fee for us to take a look, and booking needs no deposit.
How quickly do you respond?
A text with photos usually gets an answer within a few hours on a business day, and emails get one the same day. Messages that come in on Sunday are answered Monday morning.
Do you have to see the piece in person before quoting?
Most of the time, no. For the majority of leather repair jobs, photos are enough. When they fall short, we tell you instead of quoting a figure we could not stand behind.
How soon can the work be scheduled?
Usually within the same week. If you have a deadline, let us know.
Can I text the photos?
Yes, and it is the quickest option. Texts go to the same number you would call.
Do you work for businesses and property managers?
Yes. That includes offices, restaurants, hotels, medical waiting rooms and apartment buildings, whether it is one piece or a whole property. For those, email works best.
What if my piece is beyond repair?
We will say so, and there is no charge for finding out. The help center covers what can and cannot be brought back.
Let us know what happened
Most of the time you get a price and a date back the same day. Nothing to put down, and no in-person look needed before we quote.
