From shoreline inns to Fairfield County business hotels and the big resorts out east, we fix, refresh or recover the seating guests use most, so a mended piece still looks like part of its group. Plan hotel upholstery CT work from a set of phone photos.

A hotel is a handful of designs, repeated
Walk any property from Stamford to Mystic and the pattern is the same: one lounge chair model bought by the dozen, one desk chair in every king room, one banquette design along the whole restaurant wall. Guests never inspect a single chair. They notice when one stops matching its neighbors. That is why we scope hotel upholstery CT jobs against the whole group first, then decide piece by piece what each one actually needs.
By type of work, or by part of the building
The five hotel pages each take one angle; the last four cover seating hotels share with restaurants, bars and casino resorts.

Six things wear it down
A guest chair sees more use in a season than a living room chair sees in years, and Connecticut adds its own weather on top.
Rolling bags
Wheels and zipper pulls nick the fronts of benches and the lower edge of seats.
Housekeeping
Constant wipe-downs strip oils from leather and vinyl until the topcoat needs renewing.
Sun through glass
Lobby and lounge windows bleach the side of a sofa that faces them.
Heated winters
Months of dry forced-air heat leave leather stiff and quick to crack.
Salt air
On the shoreline, damp salty summers dull finishes and stain light fabrics.
Spills
Restaurant and lounge bar seats take coffee, wine and sauce every service.
One plan for the whole property
Grouping photos by area lets us quote the property as a single job and keep color and material consistent. Each type of work has its own page: restoring color and recovering on the frame.
How it works
Sort by area
Lobby, dining and bar, meeting space, then each room type.
Take pictures
The piece, the damage up close, and a matching piece beside it.
Receive a quote
A written number per item, per area and for the property.
Checked as a set
Each finished piece compared with its group.

Some pieces are not worth saving
Bonded leather that is shedding its surface can only be recovered. A frame that wobbles at the joints or a seat with snapped springs needs rebuilding. And when a badly damaged piece is a small share of the group, replacing it can cost less. Your photos usually tell us which case you are in, and we say so plainly.
Hotel Upholstery FAQ
Questions Connecticut properties ask before booking hotel upholstery CT work.
Which pieces in a hotel can you work on?
Lobby sofas and lounge chairs, dining and bar seating, booths, meeting chairs, guest room chairs, benches and upholstered headboards.
How do we know whether to fix, refresh or recover?
A single damaged spot is a fix. Faded or patchy color is a refresh. Material that has worn out or peeled needs recovering. The photos usually settle it.
Will the finished pieces still match the rest?
Yes. Color is mixed against the other pieces in each group, and recovering material is ordered per area so the whole group comes from one batch.
Do you handle guest rooms or only public areas?
Both. Guest rooms are planned by room type so every room of that type stays the same.
