CT
If it has padding and a cover, we repair, restore or reupholster it: a sofa in Glastonbury, a booth in Stamford, the seats in a car or boat. Upholstery CT owners can plan the job from a few photos.

Four kinds of seating, one trade
Every seat has two layers: padding, and the material over it. That is true in a family room, a car or a boat cabin. See industries we serve.

Three materials, three answers
They age in their own ways, so the fix is different for each. Leather is most often repaired. Fabric is most often recovered. Vinyl lands on either side.

Fix the cover, or replace it?
A lot of damage can be fixed on the existing cover. Once the material has worn all the way through, the piece gets a new one.

Common questions
Answers people want before they book upholstery CT work, from Fairfield County to the Quiet Corner.
Repair versus reupholstery: how are they different?
A repair works on the existing cover: tears, cracks, burns and fading get fixed and blended. Reupholstery puts a new cover, and often new foam, on the same frame. Repair is cheaper while the material is sound.
Which materials do you work with?
All three: leather, fabric and vinyl. That covers furniture at home, seating in businesses, car seats and boat cushions.
Should I reupholster an old sofa or replace it?
Often, if the frame is solid. A good frame in new material can outlast a cheap new sofa. If the frame is broken or cheaply built, we tell you.
Will the color match what I have now?
On a repair, we mix color to the piece. On reupholstery, you pick the new material, and we can show choices close to the original.
What is the fastest way to get a price?
